AI YourSong ("we", "our", or "the app") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we secure it, and the choices available to you when you use our mobile and web applications.

Information we collect

Account information — When you sign in with Google, we receive your display name, email address, and profile photo through Firebase Authentication.
User content — Lyrics, song settings, voice samples you upload, feed posts, comments, music videos, and generated audio/video you create.
Purchase data — Token purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We receive purchase confirmation to credit tokens; we do not receive your payment card details.
Usage & diagnostics — Basic diagnostics, crash logs, and performance signals may be collected by Firebase and platform providers to keep the service reliable.
Device & technical data — Approximate device type, OS version, and security tokens needed for auth, messaging, and abuse prevention.
Advertising identifiers — On Android we request the advertising ID so Google AdMob can serve and measure rewarded ads. This is optional at the OS level (Limit ad tracking / Delete advertising ID).

Provide song and music-video generation, social features, and token balances
Authenticate your account and sync your library across devices
Process in-app purchases and prevent fraud or abuse
Show rewarded ads (Google AdMob) so you can earn free tokens
Moderate community content and respond to reports
Improve app performance, reliability, and product quality

Legal bases (EEA/UK where applicable): contract performance (providing the service you request), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement), consent (ads and equivalent processing where required), and legal obligation.

Ads (Google AdMob)

AI YourSong shows rewarded video ads through Google AdMob (publisher ID pub-8938759285420870) so signed-in users can earn tokens. We do not show ads on the web app. Ads are not shown to children; the app is not directed at children under 13.

In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland we collect consent through Google’s User Messaging Platform before requesting personalized ads. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings. Our authorized digital sellers file is published at https://ai-yoursong.web.app/app-ads.txt.

AI generation, training, and subprocessors

To create audio and video, we send necessary prompts, lyrics, style settings, and (when you choose) voice samples to trusted infrastructure and AI generation providers. Those providers process content to fulfill your generation request.

We do not sell your personal information.
We do not use your private lyrics, voice samples, or account data to train our own foundation models.
Third-party AI vendors may process requests under their own terms. We configure providers for generation only and instruct them not to use your content to train their models where the vendor offers that control. Vendor policies can change; review their docs for the latest training posture.
Typical subprocessors include Google Firebase (auth, database, storage, messaging), cloud API hosting, object storage/CDN for media, and AI music/video generation APIs.

Third-party services

Providers process data according to their privacy policies. Payment card data is handled only by Google Play or the App Store — we never receive it.

Security measures

Encrypted transport (HTTPS / TLS) for app and API traffic
Google Firebase Authentication — we never store your Google password
Cloud Firestore and Storage encryption at rest (Google Cloud)
Access controls via Firebase Auth tokens and server-side authorization for generation APIs

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If we learn of a breach affecting your personal data, we will take steps required by applicable law, which may include notifying you and regulators.

International transfers

We and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or provider certifications.

Data retention & deletion

Account & library — kept while your account is active
Feed content — until you delete it or delete your account
Generation jobs / logs — typically short-lived operational retention (days to a few weeks) for debugging and abuse prevention, then deleted or aggregated
Media objects — removed when associated library items or accounts are deleted, subject to CDN/backup lag
Purchase records — may be retained as required for fraud prevention, accounting, and tax

Your rights (GDPR / global)

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Contact us to make a request; we respond within timelines required by law (generally within 30 days).

California privacy (CCPA / CPRA)

We do not sell personal information for money. Rewarded ads are served by Google AdMob and may use the advertising ID as described under Ads. That activity can qualify as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under some US state laws; you can opt out via device ad settings. Categories we may collect include identifiers (email, user id, advertising ID), commercial information (token purchases), internet activity (in-app usage), and user-generated content. To exercise California rights (know, delete, correct), email innovatejds@gmail.com with the subject “California Privacy Request”.

Children

AI YourSong is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 where required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
