By using AI YourSong, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. See also our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.
Service
AI YourSong lets you create AI-generated music and music videos, share content with other users, and purchase tokens for generation. Features may change as we improve the product. The service may be unavailable during maintenance or outages.
Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 where required by local law) and able to form a binding contract. You must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share credentials or attempt to access others' accounts.
Tokens & purchases
- Tokens are consumed when you generate songs, videos, or other billable features.
- Token purchases are final except where required by applicable law or store refund policies.
- Tokens have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money except as allowed by gifting features within the app.
- We may adjust token costs, packs, or promotions; the in-app price at purchase time controls.
Your content & license
You retain rights to lyrics and original material you submit. By posting publicly, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, stream, and distribute that content within the app and related marketing of the community (with attribution where practical). You must not upload content that infringes others' rights or violates law.
Subscriber content license. Active paid members who accept the AI Content License Terms receive the usage rights we are legally allowed to grant for songs and music videos they generate. That license does not guarantee copyright ownership. If your membership expires or is cancelled, you keep 100% full licensing rights for generations you already downloaded (and other covered works created while licensed). New downloads still require an active membership. See the License Terms for the full grant and disclaimer.
AI-generated output
- Generated audio/video is produced by automated systems and third-party models.
- We do not guarantee uniqueness, commercial suitability, copyright ownership, or freedom from similarity to existing works.
- AI copyright and authorship rules remain unsettled in many jurisdictions; we cannot and do not guarantee copyright in AI creations.
- You are responsible for how you use generated content, including clearances for commercial release.
- Subject to an active membership, acceptance of the AI Content License, the AI provider's terms, and these Terms, we grant the usage rights described in that License — only to the extent we are legally permitted.
- We do not use your private content to train our own foundation models. See the Privacy Policy for provider processing details.
Acceptable use
You may not use the app to harass others, distribute malware, attempt to reverse-engineer or overload our systems, abuse token or purchase systems, scrape the service, or generate unlawful, infringing, or prohibited content under the Community Guidelines.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for tokens in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50, except where prohibited.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time via Delete account.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
